SigmaGraft Biomaterials Inc. is a medical device manufacturing company based in Fullerton, CA. We are looking for multiple position responsible for the following:

Job description

1. Office Admin Supervisor
Purchasing office supplies and production supplies
Audit the purchase request from other departments
Coordinating with vendors for timely shipment, evaluating existing vendors, and identifying backup vendors
Tracking of various activities (payments) for budgetary, planning, and accounting purposes.
Receiving orders, shipping orders, coordinating with customers and logistic companies, custom broker for timely shipment
In charge of managing the fixed assets and inventory
Accurate record keeping of the business administration
Overseeing HR and accounting with administrative duties
Working with other Department Heads as needed
Qualifications:
** At least 3 years supervisor or manager experience required
ENGLISH is required
BA in Business Administration preferred but not required
Ability to function in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
ERP, Microsoft Office skills are a must.
Office hours are 7:30am-4:30pm, 1 hr Lunch, Monday through Friday.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 per hour

2. Sales Administrator

**Responsibilities
Provide sales administrative support of all business transactions
Order fulfillment process and shipping
Manage form completion and document organization for sales orders
Assist with issuing/reviewing invoices
Review and process expenses submitted by Sales Reps
Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
Manage and report the inventory level daily and monthly base
*Education : Associate or Bachelor (Training provided for Entry level)
*Starting from $22.00
*Location : Brea, CA
*English & MS Office Skills are required
*Office hours are 8am-5pm, 1 hr Lunch, Monday through Friday.

**Expected hours: 40 per week
