CRAVE Body Jewelry is currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting daily operations, managing schedules, and assisting with event planning, all while ensuring efficient office management. It requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Create reorder purchase orders (POs)

Receive shipments and restock inventory

Perform regular inventory checks

Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management

Assist with order fulfillment and invoice preparation

Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette

Requirements:

Strong numerical skills

Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute IN ENGLISH.

10-key data entry experience

Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms

Intermediate Microsoft Excel (formulas, key shortcuts, filtering, formatting, etc)

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Essential Skills:

Reliability and punctuality

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Critical thinking and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Must follow established procedures and guidelines

Creative problem-solving and the ability to think outside the box

Experience:

Familiarity with body jewelry is a plus.

Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.

Familiarity with schedule management, filing systems, and front desk operations

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
