Position Summary
Otoki America is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce & B2B Sales Specialist to drive our online and offline sales operations. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about Korean food culture, and has a strong grasp of both Amazon Vendor Central operations and B2B sales strategy.
This position plays a key role in expanding our digital footprint on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, while also developing strategic partnerships across ethnic and mainstream distribution channels in the U.S.

Responsibilities

E-commerce & Amazon Operations
• Manage Amazon Vendor Central account: process orders, confirm/cancel transactions, and print shipping documents (carton labels, packing slips, carrier manifests).
• Update and maintain accurate inventory levels across systems; coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Write and update compelling product descriptions and feature content optimized for digital listings.
• Understand and implement e-commerce best practices, including supply chain logistics and SKU tracking.
• Analyze sales data to support marketing initiatives, promotions, and inventory decisions.

B2B Sales & Account Management
• Identify new distribution opportunities and expand market presence in both ethnic and mainstream channels.
• Understanding the systematic sales process, such as the proposal of new products, consultation on stores, procure purchase orders, delivery management, analysis of sales status, promotion plan, etc.
• Handle the full sales lifecycle: new product proposals, consultations, PO processing, delivery follow-ups, and client support.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing personalized solutions and post-sale service.
• Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and minimize risk through proactive communication.
• Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, finance, logistics) to support business growth and smooth operations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations (Amazon Vendor Central strongly preferred) and/or B2B food sales preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a Must.
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the food industry and Korean food culture.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows, store visits, and industry events.

Salary Range: $56,000 – $62,000 (based on experience)

주요 업무

E-commerce & Amazon Operations
• Amazon Vendor Central 계정 관리: 주문 처리, 주문 확인/취소, 배송 서류 출력 (카톤 라벨, 패킹 슬립, 운송장 등)
• 시스템 내 재고 수량 정리 및 업데이트, 물류 및 창고팀과 협업
• 제품 설명 및 기능 중심 콘텐츠 작성 및 업데이트 (디지털 최적화)
• 이커머스 운영 전반에 대한 이해 및 적용 (SKU 관리, 물류 흐름 등)
• 매출 데이터 분석을 통한 마케팅 및 재고 전략 수립

B2B 영업 및 거래처 관리
• 신규 유통 채널 발굴 및 민족/주류 마켓 내 브랜드 입점 확대
• 제품 제안, 매장 컨설팅, 발주 수령, 납품 관리, 매출 분석, 프로모션 계획 등 전반적인 영업 프로세스 이해 및 수행
• 고객 맞춤형 제안 및 사후 관리
• 미수금(AR) 관리 및 사전 커뮤니케이션을 통한 리스크 최소화
• 마케팅, 재무, 물류 등 내부 부서와의 긴밀한 협업을 통한 원활한 운영

자격 요건
• 학사 학위 우대 (경영, 마케팅 등 관련 전공)
• Amazon Vendor Central 운영 및/또는 식품 B2B 영업 경험자 우대 (2년 이상 경력 우대, 필수 아님)
• 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력 필수 (영어능통자)
• 한국어 가능자 우대 (영어/한국어 이중 언어 선호)
• MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• 멀티태스킹 가능하며 체계적인 업무 스타일
• 식품 산업 및 한국 식문화에 대한 관심
