About Us

Build a Box Online is a fast-growing custom corrugated packaging company, helping businesses design and order packaging that makes an impact. We’re expanding and looking for a Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth through new and repeat business.

Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on sales leads from the website, brokers, and referrals

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Provide product knowledge, quotes, and packaging solutions to meet customer needs

Collaborate with production to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery

Track sales activity and provide weekly reporting

Qualifications

Prior sales experience (packaging, printing, or B2B sales preferred)

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated and results-driven

Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize leads

Comfortable using CRM tools or learning quickly
