Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist the sales team with order processing, customer inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Help schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the team.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Support other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
