Position Overview
The Law Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. This role is responsible for creating a professional, welcoming environment while supporting attorneys and staff with administrative tasks that help the firm run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Visitor Support

Greet clients and visitors in a professional, courteous manner

Check in clients, notify attorneys/staff of arrivals, and manage lobby flow

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information appropriately

Phone & Communication Management

Answer, screen, and route incoming calls

Take detailed messages and ensure timely delivery to the correct staff

Respond to basic inquiries regarding office hours, location, and general procedures

Administrative & Office Support

Schedule appointments, consultations, and conference room bookings

Manage incoming/outgoing mail and legal courier services

Assist with document preparation, scanning, copying, and filing

Maintain and update client contact lists and calendars

Monitor and order office supplies as needed

Keep reception and common areas clean, organized, and presentable

Case File & Client Intake Support

Assist with new client intake forms and data entry

Prepare client folders and ensure proper documentation is complete

Support attorneys with administrative tasks as assigned
