■ Position Title : Accounting & Finance Associate

Salary : $60,000/year

General Responsibilities :
1. Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
2. Process vendor and customer transactions in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
3. Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording AP/AR data.
4. Prepare bills, invoices, bank deposits, and general ledger postings.
5. Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all entries are accurate and properly posted.
6. Prepare bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and financial statements as needed.
7. Enter key financial transactions into the accounting system daily.
8. Research, track, and resolve accounting or documentation issues and discrepancies.
9. Generate financial reports detailing the status of accounts payable and receivable.
10.Inform management and compile summaries of financial activity.
11.Maintain up-to-date job knowledge and comply with all relevant accounting regulations and company policies.

Qualifications :
1. Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
2. 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable roles.
3. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.
4. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
5. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
6. Experience with spreadsheets, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office applications.
7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
8. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.

■ Position Title : Accounting & Finance Manager

Salary : $100,000~120,000/year

General Responsibilities :
1. Compile and analyze financial data to prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries.
2.Maintain accounting records, including journals, ledgers, disbursements, expense vouchers, and accounts payable/receivable.
3. Reconcile account balances, bank statements, and financial records with internal staff and external vendors/customers.
4. Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile financial transactions.
5. Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial reports summarizing current financial status.
6. Assist with tax audits and returns while ensuring compliance with financial legal requirements.
7. Develop and recommend accounting policies and controls.
8.Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely reconciliations and accurate financial reporting.
9. Prepare payments, verify documentation, and request disbursements.
10. Research and interpret accounting policies to answer procedural questions.
11. Ensure compliance with GAAP and Korean IFRS.
12. Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
13. Enter key financial data into databases daily, compiling summaries for management.
14. Monitor adherence to established standards, procedures, and legal requirements.
15. Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements.
16. Support financial operations by optimizing processes and ensuring accuracy.
17. Provide guidance to accounting clerical staff and coordinate activities.
18. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks efficiently.

Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business with concentration in Accounting, Master's Degree preferred.
2.Minimum five-years' experience working as an accounting manager.
3. Close attention to detail is essential, and ability to multi-task is an asset.
4. Good organizational and strong interpersonal skills.
5. Bilingual in English & Korean is required.
6. Knowledge and experience utilizing QuickBooks accounting system.
7. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
8. Organizational, verbal, and written communication skills a must.
9.Must be very proficient, quick, and comfortable with personal computer navigation and operation.
10. Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
11. Walk, lift, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb, kneel, and crouch for extended periods of time.
12. Regularly required to sit, stand, use hands to handle objects and reach with hands and arms
13. Will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers or standing for hours at a time.
14. Some lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
15. Demonstrate the ability to hear and have specific vision abilities to adjust focus, in an environment subject to noise, dust, etc.
16. Perform all work safely in a fast-paced work environment.
17. The incumbent is located in a quiet office area and is faced with constant phone interactions and will be in contact with other staff.
