Job Summary
The Warehouse Operation Assistant will support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse activities, including unloading, loading, picking and packing, inventory control, and supervision of warehouse staff.

Work Schedule
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation
• $23 – $27 per hour (based on experience)

Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Support the Warehouse Manager in supervising daily warehouse operations, including unloading, loading, storage, picking, packing, and shipping for e-commerce fulfillment and 3PL clients
• Coordinate and perform inventory control activities such as cycle counts, physical counts, labeling, and location accuracy
• Supervise warehouse associates by providing direction, monitoring performance, and escalating issues as necessary
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and proper handling of goods in compliance with client requirements and internal standards
• Enforce warehouse safety rules, cleanliness, and proper equipment usage; report safety concerns to the Warehouse Manager

Qualifications
• Minimum 1~2 years of warehouse operations or supervision experience, preferably in 3PL or e-commerce fulfillment environments
• Working knowledge of warehouse processes, including inventory control, pick/pack operations, and shipping procedures
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively with warehouse staff in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Fluency in Spanish is a PLUS
