Location: Walnut, CA
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
• Manage general office and administrative operations
• Process payroll
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR)
• Perform accurate data entry and internal record management

Qualifications
• Prior office management experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of accounting functions (AP/AR)
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar software is a plus
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Bilingual (English/Korean)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
(Sponsorship may be available depending on qualifications)
