Customer Service Representative (CSR) -
Responsibilities
Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer and broker inquiries via phone and email regarding shipment status, tracking, and quotes.
Tracking & Tracing: Monitor active loads, track shipments in real-time, and provide proactive updates to customers.
Issue Resolution: Handle delivery delays, missed appointments, or unexpected issues calmly and resolve them efficiently.
Data Entry: Accurately enter load details, rate confirmations, and customer information into our COBRA (Transportation Management System).
Team Collaboration: Communicate closely with dispatchers and customer to ensure customer requirements are met.

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in customer service (Experience in trucking, logistics, or 3PL is highly preferred but not required).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Clear and professional phone etiquette is a must).

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, [8:00 AM – 5:00 PM]
Salary: [$30–$40 per hour, depending on experience.] , Entry-Level $25
